No, you are not allowed to process two items in one order. You may order after you paid off the active order.

You need to register first before you can process the order. Once your done verifying your email address and complete your profile information you may start ordering.

Payment

Once you were approved of the said loan you will receive a SMS and e-mail, you will just need to click PAY. Payment methods and its information will be provided.

Once you processed the payment, you need to take a photo of it together with the reference number, amount, and the date when you processed the payment.

Once you uploaded the receipt on My Payments or My Order, it will take 24 hours to validate it and it will be reflected on your account.

There will be an automatic additional charge of P200 any time after your due date.

30 days past due: + Php400

60 days past due: + Php600

90 days past due: + Ph800

Note: Penalties and charges add up separately on top of your unpaid installment/s. Penalties and charges will be deducted first before the monthly payment.

There are no hidden charges. All payments and fees are included in the disclosure form and in the contract.

Your payment sschedule, which includes the monthly dues for each installment of your loan, may be viewed conveniently through My Payments and My orders.

You will be asked what payment mode you would like to have on your order.

Tap Monthly Installment and click View More for more information of your monthly recurring payment.

Shipping & Delivery

You will receive an email that contains the tracking number and the courier’s name after the item is ship. You may copy and paste the tracking number to the courier’s website for you to track it.

Once the courier pick up the order, the delivery time frame for the order will be:

Metro Manila – 3-5 Business Days

Outside Metro Manila: 5-7 Business Days.

No, you can’t change your billing address once the order is approved.

No, we don’t have a physical store for you to pick up the order.

Yes, you may book a third party courier (e.g. Grab Delivery, Lalamove, etc) for the delivery of your gadget within Metro Manila.

Note: Expense/s will be shouldered to the customer.
